People see homes as an investment which is true, but they are also a sense of security and a place where you can decorate your spaces with amazing art panels or have pets if you want to. It is crucial to fall in love with the place and/or areas where you probably going to spend most of your time for your future self and your family. Put it in a mind that the site should also fit your house design.
It’s usually best to purchase your land when you already have the building plan. It might take months to build your house but years to design the plan.
